I help churches excel in discipling the least reached people groups of the world.

I’m Mike Pollard and I’m the Church Partnerships Facilitator for Pioneers in an eight-state region in the Midwest and Mid-South. In this capacity I help churches develop clear missions vision and strategy; mobilize the church for missions and local missional living; identify, prepare, send out and care for missionaries; and, lead missions effectively.

Because discipleship precedes effective evangelism and missions, it’s a primary concern for me. I’ve served as a Pastor of Discipleship and am eager to help churches think through their strategies for making authentic disciples, moving from an information transfer model to a biblical relational, and intentional model.

I’ve been married to Kathy since 1990 and have two adult daughters, Anna and Ellie.
